The Roanoke Valley Association of REALTORS® (RVAR) is seeking a visionary and experienced Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the organization into its next chapter. This role oversees all aspects of RVAR’s operations, including its MLS, and serves more than 1,500 association members and 1,800 MLS subscribers in a vibrant and growing region of southwest Virginia. The ideal candidate is a dynamic, principled, and collaborative leader with a strong background in association management, strategic planning, and member engagement. They will foster innovation, professionalism, and inclusivity within the REALTOR® community while building strong relationships across diverse constituencies. Base salary: $125,000 – $145,000. RVAR of
