SUMMARY The membership engagement coordinator is a new staff position and reports to the membership director. The membership engagement coordinator manages the organization’s online community, ACVS Connect, leading community initiatives, campaigns, training, and analytics to drive participation, retention, and continuous improvement, while collaborating with internal teams and vendors to ensure platform performance and strategic alignment. The coordinator also manages core membership operations to deliver a seamless, engaging member experience, leads day-to-day membership operations, including joins, renewals, database management, member support, recruitment and retention initiatives, content accuracy, and trend tracking.
