POSITION SUMMARY The Vice President of Membership is a senior executive responsible for overseeing the full membership lifecycle – from acquisition and onboarding to engagement, renewal, and advancement – while ensuring alignment with the organization’s mission, revenue goals, and long-term strategic plan. As a member of the executive leadership team, the VP of Membership drives member-centric innovation, leverages data to inform decision-making, and collaborates cross-functionally to deliver compelling member value and a differentiated member experience.
