The Dallas County Dental Society (DCDS) is the second-largest local component of the Texas Dental Association (TDA), operating within a tripartite structure that includes the American Dental Association (ADA) at the national level and the TDA at the state level. The Executive Director serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the DCDS and is responsible for the overall management of the association, the Southwest Dental Conference, and the DCDS Foundation. EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP AND MANAGEMENT Lead and manage staff and daily operations of DCDS Implement programs that advance the strategic goals established by the Board of Direct
