Reporting to the President and CEO, the Director, Membership and Events is responsible for the development and implementation of strategies in membership acquisition and retention, as well as communications to current and potential members.  The position requires a strategic thinker with deep operational experience who has a comprehensive understanding of membership organizations.  This position is responsible for managing the annual Fly-in, member programs and excellent execution of their strategic plan, budget, and ensures outstanding customer service for members.
