Roadshow Series:     Oversee 7 regional/roadshow meetings a year both in the US and one in Canada. Attendance ranges from 250-350 attendees per meeting. Meeting includes one to three pre-event sessions (ranging from 20-40 participants), general session room, expo hall with up to 35 table top displays, 5 metal sponsors, and 7 a la carte sponsorship opportunities. Job responsibilities will include: Project Management: Budget development/oversight/reconciliation, timeline development/maintenance, and general overall project oversight. Participate in weekly client call and provide status updates using MMS’ project management tool - ClickUp, manage weekly internal team call for workstream updates and timeline status updates.
