Event Operations Coordinator
Coordinate and execute a variety of logistics related to tradeshow operations with an emphasis on sponsorship fulfillment in an efficient and cost-effective manner. Duties include sponsorship fulfillment for trade shows and other events, live and virtual, floor plan development, space assignments, exhibitor service manual creation, exhibitor rule enforcement, show signage, vendor coordination, and reporting and budget monitoring. The position involves a high level of collaboration and communication with AEM staff and external vendors. A bachelor’s degree is preferred with up to three years of related experience, ideally in large-scale event operations and floor plan management.
