Organizational Overview: LeadingAge Oregon (LAOR) is the statewide association of not-for-profit and other mission-directed organizations dedicated to advancing quality aging services in Oregon through advocacy, education, and partnership. Together with our national partner, LeadingAge, we advance policies, promote practices and conduct research that supports, enables, and empowers people to live fully as they age.  We also represent not-for-profit providers in Alaska with approximately 95 total members.
