SUMMARY:  The job is focused on driving and facilitating APA’s engagement with experts in psychological science and the psycho-legal arena to advance the creation, communication and application of psychological knowledge to benefit society and improve people's lives. The role has two primary responsibilities: 1) serving as staff liaison to the Board of Scientific Affairs (BSA) and 2) acting as staff liaison to the Amicus Brief Expert Panel (ABEP). This is a highly collaborative and member-facing role requiring excellent relationship management, critical and systems thinking, anticipation, consultation, communication, and leadership skills.
