Senior Director of Operations/Chief Operating Officer
Duties and Responsibilities Office and Association Operations  Make decisions for operational activities and planning to meet strategic goals set by the President. Oversee, plan and monitor the day-to-day running of the association to ensure it is operating smoothly. Serve as immediate supervisor to Director of Operations, Administrative Specialist, and temporary administrative workers (when employed). Analyze quality, productivity and efficiency of organizational processes and recommend improvements. Consult with management on workflow issues, training and development of staff. Work with accounting department to monitor accounts payables and receivables for accuracy.
