This position is a key policy and governmental advocacy role reporting to ILTA’s President. The position requires the development and leadership of an advocacy strategy that provides proactive engagement on policy issues, keeping members informed and gaining support for ILTA positions from federal regulators, affiliated industry groups, and other related interest groups. Position Description Track, research, and analyze federal and state legislative and regulatory developments for potential member impacts and help develop ILTA responses to those developments. Engage with and advocate before key policy entities and coalitions and draft ILTA policy positions, comments, testimony, and other communications in support of advocacy positions.
