The Executive Director (ED) shall manage and direct all activities of the International Accreditation of Counseling Services (IACS) as prescribed by the Board of Directors and shall be responsible to the Board; shall employ and may terminate the employment of members of the staff necessary to carry out the work of the organization; shall manage the approved budget; shall define the duties of the staff, supervise their performance, establish their titles and delegate those responsibilities of management as in their judgment, shall be in the best interest of IACS.
