Professional Development Coordinator
To be successful in this position, the Professional Development Coordinator, will be the first point of contact for NAHU's Help Desk for inbound calls from members and non-members, and must have an understanding of IMIS and administrative reporting and data systems. In addition, the Professional Development Coordinator must be able to handle the implementation of logistics associated with in-person classroom training and the online learning management system. This will include, registration setup, coordinate promotional emails to prospective attendees, course material fulfillment, coordination with instructors to ensure that their needs are met.
