Responsibilities include: Execute member account administrative duties, including processing new memberships, quarterly billing and reporting. Provide customer service and support for online access. Track and report on member and non-member engagement. Collaborate with membership team to identify at-risk members. Research and develop targeted lists; qualify and set appointments for business development team. Integrate data from multiple reporting systems and provide busin
