What we're looking for: We are seeking a talented professional responsible for producing online continuing medical education courses and entering content into a Learning Management System (LMS). The Coordinator: Instructional Design will help coordinate the full cycle of product implementation including development, execution, and the evaluation process.

What you'll do:
Coordinate the development and implementation of RSNA online educational content including but not limited to RSNA annual meeting content, blended learning programs and other new and repurposed content, cross departmental content quality control, and reporting.
Assist the Manager with content development and execution by working with other departments, faculty, and outside vendors.
Use instructional design and video editing software to design, build and edit course content.
Use predesigned production templates and processes to enter, update and publish educational content into the RSNA online systems, including RSNA Association Management System, RSNA Learning Management System and RSNA CME Repository System.
Make suggestions for improving educational course templates based on adult learning theory and online education best practices. Investigate and recommend new ways to leverage the RSNA Learning Management System.
Conduct quality control tests on produced online educational programs, including spelling, grammar, on-screen aesthetics, functionality, and accuracy of entered content.
Collect, organize, and track production deliverables including permission agreements, faculty disclosure information, activity specific ACCME documentation, project progress, quality control steps and release procedures.
Follow and maintain detailed work plans and status reports to ensure educational programs are completed on time, delivered to high professional standards, and within budgeted/allocated resources.
Support the Education Department with troubleshooting online education functionality in response to end user inquiries, software and/or browser version updates.
Create and update content templates, process instructions and quality control documentation when necessary.
Assist the Online Education Manager with any marketing needs.
Answer customer service inquiries (phone calls and emails) for Online Learning Center courses.
Perform other duties as assigned.
What you'll need:
Proficient using the basics of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat
Experience with online education, learning management systems and content authoring tools (Articulate Storyline/Rise) preferred
Experience with video editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro) preferred
Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Google Drive, HTML5 and responsive design preferred
Familiarity with Asana or other project management tools
Able to multitask and meet deadlines
Basic experience and knowledge of mobile devices, tablets, various browsers
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Able to work independently
Detail oriented
Ability to problem solve
Comfortable speaking with customers
