As a Member Engagement Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our network members feel supported, engaged, and empowered to leverage the full potential of our platform. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our diverse membership base, providing guidance, facilitating connections, and fostering a sense of community.
Key Responsibilities:
Member Onboarding and Training:
In collaboration with the Director of Membership, advance and close new membership opportunities, as well as elicit referrals from existing members.
Guide new members through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand how to navigate the platform effectively.
Provide training sessions to familiarize members with platform features, best practices for split placements, and maximizing their membership benefits.
Engagement:
Proactively reach out to members to establish and nurture relationships, understanding their unique needs, challenges, and goals.
Serve as the primary point of contact for member inquiries, offering timely and personalized support.
Execute strategies to promote engagement and collaboration within the member community.
Send regular communication to members regarding upcoming virtual and in-person meetings, hosting webinars, and sharing the results from those events.
Retention:
Focused efforts on retention through specific practice areas within the network
Organize virtual and in-person events, such as webinars, networking sessions, and workshops, to facilitate knowledge sharing and relationship building among members.
Feedback Collection and Analysis:
Solicit feedback from members to identify areas for improvement and opportunities to enhance their experience.
Analyze member feedback and usage data to gain insights into member needs and preferences, informing future platform enhancements and initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Previous experience in customer success, account management, or community engagement roles preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Knowledge of the recruiting industry and familiarity with split placements is a plus.
Proficiency in using CRM software and collaboration tools.
A proactive and adaptable mindset with a passion for fostering community and driving member success.
