ESSENTIAL USE OF TOOLS:
Strong knowledge of project management software (e.g., Microsoft Planner, Asana, or other project management platform).
Solid understanding, display of skill and knowledge of computer software and online products including Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint); document management systems (SharePoint preferred); online meeting platforms (Zoom, Teams).
Strong capabilities in the use of computer, printer and all office equipment to include the phone system.
ESSENTIAL TRAINING/CERTIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree required.
3-5 years of professional level experience, particularly in a geographically dispersed nonprofit organization, preferably on project management.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE:
Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish).
Strong organizational, attention to detail and time management skills.
Excellent writing, spelling, grammar, and proofreading skills (English), as well as strong verbal communication and effective presentation skills.
Excellent customer service skills and standards. Courteous and professional communication.
Ability to prioritize, balance multiple efforts, multi-task efficiently and respond to a high volume of ongoing requests in a timely fashion.
Ability to adapt and be flexible in a dynamic work environment.
Demonstrated success in working with culturally diverse colleagues and stakeholders.
Experience working with organizations outside of the U.S. preferred
Self-motivated team player with the ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, maintaining productivity and communications to meet deadlines and goals.
Ability to continually develop skills related to use of rapidly changing technology and communications best practices.
