We are in need of a seasoned project manager to support IEEE Young Professional Activities by leading the planning and execution of high-visibility global programs and services that advance the organization’s strategy of member satisfaction and market growth. This position requires the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
This support includes participation in committee activities through meeting administration, content collection and distribution, report generation and awards coordination while also monitoring performance metrics and integrating data into reports and presentations. Lead product and project management from inception to the completion of deliverables in collaboration with principal stakeholders.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Non-Profit Management, Business Administration/Management, Business Analytics or similar field
* 2 – 4 years of successful experience in product/project management
* Non-Profit or Association experience preferred
* Demonstrated data management and interpretation proficiency
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
* A talent in the creation and communication of effective presentations
* Adept in the use of MS Excel, Smartsheets and PowerPoint as well as Google suite of products
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a cross-functional team
