 The National Communication Association (NCA) is&#xa0;seeking&#xa0;a results-driven professional to join our Communications &#38; Membership team as the&#xa0;Website &#38; Salesforce Manager,&#xa0;supporting&#xa0;and advancing&#xa0;NCA&#8217;s digital ecosystem, managing the Salesforce/Fonteva CRM, CMS, and digital&#xa0;platforms to&#xa0;enhance&#xa0;membership, events,&#xa0;resources,&#xa0;and organizational operations.&#xa0;This role serves as the primary administrator for core systems while working with internal teams and vendors to deliver reliable, accessible, and data-informed digital experiences. &#xa0; &#xa0; 
 Key Responsibilities &#xa0; 
 Website &#38; Digital Platforms (Core&#xa0;Function) &#xa0; 
 
 Manage and update NCA websites (WordPress/Drupal), ensuring accuracy, accessibility, SEO, and usability 
 Coordinate enhancements, integrations, and vendor support 
 Maintain content quality, site structure, and alignment with brand and accessibility standards 
 Support updates to website policies (privacy, accessibility, terms of use) &#xa0; 
 
 Salesforce &#38; Fonteva Administration (Core&#xa0;Function) &#xa0; 
 
 Administer and support Salesforce/Fonteva (membership, events, payments) in coordination with vendors &#xa0; 
 Manage users, permissions, configuration, and data quality 
 Maintain automation, workflows, and reporting to support operations 
 Coordinate integrations (e.g., website forms, SSO, third-party tools) 
 Provide user support, training, and documentation &#xa0; 
 
 &#xa0; Convention Digital Operations (Key&#xa0;Function) &#xa0; 
 
 Facilitate&#xa0;digital readiness for the annual Convention, including website, registration, and mobile app coordination 
 Serve as liaison with A/V and digital vendors;&#xa0;assist&#xa0;with troubleshooting during the event 
 Support pre-Convention testing&#xa0;and Fonteva registration/payment systems onsite 
 Coordinate&#xa0;post-Convention updates, reporting, and content&#xa0;and multi-media&#xa0;distribution &#xa0; 
 
 &#xa0; Digital Analytics &#38; Reporting (Integrated&#xa0;Function) &#xa0; 
 
 Track and evaluate performance across web and CRM platforms 
 Maintain dashboards and reports supporting membership, events, and programs 
 Analyze trends and provide actionable recommendations to improve engagement &#xa0; 
 
 &#xa0; Content &#38; Creative Support (Integrated&#xa0;Function) &#xa0; 
 
 Create and update digital assets (e.g., web graphics, templates, light video editing) 
 Ensure alignment with NCA brand and accessibility standards 
 Coordinate with external designers or vendors for larger projects 
 Maintain digital asset libraries &#xa0; 
 
 &#xa0; Digital Operations &#38; Systems Coordination (Shared&#xa0;Function) &#xa0; 
 
 Serve as a liaison with IT providers to maintain CRM, CMS,&#xa0; AWS, NCA-owned website domains, and other digital systems 
 Support cross-platform functionality, integrations, and vendor relationships &#xa0; 
 Qualifications &#xa0; 
 
 Bachelor&#8217;s degree or equivalent experience in communications, marketing, IT, or related field &#xa0; 
 Salesforce Administrator Certification preferred 
 3&#8211;5+ years of experience with Salesforce&#xa0;and&#xa0;CRM systems, plus&#xa0;website management 
 Strong experience with Salesforce (Fonteva a plus) 
 Substantial background&#xa0;with WordPress&#xa0; 
 Familiarity with&#xa0;Drupal 
 Experience with reporting, dashboards, and data management&#xa0; (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM dashboards) 
 Exposure to integrations, APIs, or single sign-on 
 Skills in&#xa0;HTML, CSS,&#xa0;PHP,&#xa0;JavaScript&#xa0;and/or in&#xa0;other&#xa0;web technologies 
 Demonstrate graphic design&#xa0;proficiency&#xa0;in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite, along with video production and post-production skills (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) 
 Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills&#xa0;with a background in project management systems (Asana a plus) 
 Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical users

NCA operates in a hybrid work mode; two days in the office and three days at telework. Staff are expected to be in the office on Tuesdays for strategic planning and other ongoing discussions. The position requires travel to the NCA Annual Convention in November and approximately one additional trip per year. This position will work in the office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. The work mode is regularly reviewed to meet the evolving needs of the association. Such a review may necessitate changing the mode of work designation for a position.</description>
