ORGANIZATION The Pharmaceutical Care Management Association (PCMA) is the national association representing America’s pharmacy benefit managers (PBMs). PBMs are the key industry in America addressing the challenge of reducing costs, expanding access, and improving the quality of pharmacy benefits.
