The Home Care Association of America (HCAOA) is seeking an outgoing, highly-motivated candidate to manage all state chapter activity for the national association representing more than 4,200 home care organizations across the country. This is a fast-paced trade association with the motto “Members Matter Most” that respects the expertise of staff members, supports innovative practices, and recognizes “above and beyond” efforts.   Responsibilities include: Build and maintain relationships with chapter leaders by establishing regular contact and traveling to chapter meetings as necessary Serve as main point of contact between HCAOA and the state chapter leaders
