The Membership & Engagement Manager is responsible for both the execution and strategic membership activities required to achieve the organization’s goals related to engagement, onboarding, inclusion, recruitment, and retention. The Manager is expected to deeply understand the member journey and experience and develop and execute a plan to foster and increase member engagement at all levels of the organization. Responsibilities include:  Execute and provide leadership in developing, implementing, and evaluating effective membership recruitment, retention, and inclusive engagement strategies.
