Position Summary This position is responsible for maintaining accounting records and assisting in the facilitation of the financial affairs of the association and other entities managed by the association (PAC, Educational Foundation, and districts). This includes daily data entry and reconciliation of transactions, recording and processing accounts payable and accounts receivable. Further, this position will provide general administrative support to the Richmond headquarters office. The Bookkeeper reports to the CEO and works closely with the Event Registration Coordinator and the external accounting firm.
