INN is seeking a director of member engagement for the INN Network – the lead community-builder for a fast-growing field of more than 360 newsrooms. The director supports nonprofit news leaders and ensures they can fully participate and contribute to the vibrant community driving the national movement for nonprofit news, and that members draw exceptional experiences and value from their INN membership. As a membership organization, member engagement is part of everyone’s work at INN, with the director serving as the point person. The ideal candidate brings a passion for network-building, a community organizer’s outlook and journalism experience to helping INN members grow
