The Senior Director of Finance and Administration at the American Academy of Audiology is responsible for overall management of the Academy’s finance and accounting operations. The individual leads a small staff team in managing the accounting for the Academy and its partner boards. S/he delivers timely financial reports and works closely with senior staff and volunteers to monitor budget performance relative to the annual conference, publications, continuing education and certification activities, fundraising, grants, and other aspects of Academy operations.  This position requires a combination of strong skills in financial analysis, accounting, budgeting, and hands-on implementation.    What you'll get to do: Ov
