Director, School Leadership The Director of School Leadership is responsible for enhancing and growing the value proposition of NASSP membership through the planning and enhancement of Professional Learning Programs and Resources, school leader recognition programs (Principal of the Year and Assistant Principal of the Year), and programming for all school leader (principal and assistant principal) events. As NASSP is entering a new strategic plan that prioritizes growing, servicing and engaging school leaders, the Director of School Leadership will serve as an innovative and collaborative member of the larger Engagement Team, working closely with directors of events and student leader programs.
