SUMMARY: The Communications Director is the lead member of the Communications Team, which includes the Web & Media Manager and the Publications Manager. The Communications Director collaborates, develops, and designs the overarching narrative of the organization, and develops communications campaigns and initiatives with the primary aim of advancing the profession, championing the organization, and serving Deaf communities. The Director provides guidance and consultation to the Communications Team, RID staff, and volunteer leadership on projects requiring both external and internal communications.
