In 1950, our founder Dr. William Wasson had the foresight to gather recreation leaders from 11 HBCU’s to begin what would become NIRSA.  The sharing of ideas, professional development, research, and comradery continues today.  At NIRSA, we honor our history while looking towards the future.  We are looking for an exceptional Director of Human Resources to help create that future with us.  We have a staff of 26 located primarily in Corvallis, Oregon and increasingly throughout the U.S.  As the Part-Time Director of Human Resources, your role is to co-create strategy and lead the implementation of talent management for NIRSA.  This includes performance management, employee professional development, compensation system, and recruitment, retention, and success
