The Director will report to the Vice President and will be responsible for developing policy options for the IES Governing Board and section working groups and advocating on their behalf. The position will primarily be focused on issues related to industrial biotechnology and the biobased economy; including, but not limited to, biofuels, biobased products, renewable chemicals, and feedstocks. The Director will organize and staff IES working group(s), committees, and IES board level meetings.
