Job Title: Accounting Coordinator Classification: Non-Exempt, Salaried Reports To: Director of Finance & HR Position Summary The Accounting Coordinator supports DMEC’s core accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial records and timely reporting. This role manages accounts receivable and payable, account reconciliations, and the customer order entry, invoicing, and payment follow?up, in close collaboration with the Director of Finance & HR. Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger entries, accounts payable / receivable and account reconciliations. Posts cash receipts to QuickBooks Online and Nimble/Salesforce.
