Executive Assistant
The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to NATSO’s CEO and Chief of Staff, handling a broad range of organizational, communication, and project management duties. This role is essential for ensuring efficient office operations and supporting key strategic initiatives. Responsibilities: Manage executives’ calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, travel, and events. Arrange complex domestic travel logistics and accommodations. Prepare and organize correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents. Coordinate and prepare materials and logistics for meetings, including agendas and minutes; track follow-up actions. Manage expense reports.
