In collaboration with the CEO, develop an annual plan and budget for membership retention and recruitment. Develop strategies to promote the member value proposition, as well as to create and measure recruitment campaigns. Responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and creating all membership categories. Develops tracking metrics to measure member experience, satisfaction, and loyalty. Works closely with all other ABCT administrative units on member recruitment and retention initiatives. Responsible for Audience definition. Mines membership database to develop customized offerings for members and/or groups. Monitors weekly and monthly membership statistics and create reports for the CEO, Board, and Membership Coordinator.
