OVERVIEW The Coordinator, Chapter Engagement plays a critical role in maintaining the connection between SMPS HQ and chapter leaders by providing administrative support, ensuring effective communication, and delivering exceptional customer service to chapter volunteers. This role is responsible for sharing resources, facilitating access to key information, and supporting chapter leaders in their initiatives.
