SUMMARY OF POSITION:  The National Apartment Association (NAA) is seeking a proactive and collaborative Affiliate & Member Relations Support Specialist to provide exceptional concierge-level service, support, and project management for NAA's affiliate network. This role involves building strong relationships with Association Executives (AEs) and affiliate staff to enhance their experience with NAA/NAAEI/NAAS products, services, and programs. The ideal candidate will have strong writing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while collaborating with various stakeholders.  PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:  Build and maintain strong business relationships within the Affiliate network and NAA
