POSITION SUMMARY The Membership Manager will develop and implement strategies to grow, expand, and retain AAOP members. This role will serve as a membership subject matter expert, aligning AAOP programs, products, and services with appropriate member types to articulate relevant membership value propositions. The Manager will work collaboratively with the Chief Communications and Strategy Officer to develop and implement member retention and recruitment marketing campaigns. The Membership Manager will provide oversight and management of the entire membership cycle, including prospect identification and outreach development of strategies to optimize recruitment, retention, and marketing of the AAOP’s efforts among members and prospective members.
