St. Andrew’s Episcopal School in Potomac, MD seeks a Student Billing Coordinator, beginning October 1, 2024, or sooner. We are seeking an experienced Student Billing Coordinator, who will be responsible for managing and coordinating all student billing operations.  The Student Billing Coordinator will oversee daily accounting, collection and reporting of student accounts receivable.  This will include conferring and corresponding with families on a variety of questions and issues related to student accounts.  Systems that are currently in place are TADS, our tuition management and billing software, and Blackbaud Financial Edge, our general ledger.
