Women In Bio creates life-long connections enabling women to reach the highest positions of influence and responsibility within the life science industry. Reporting to the Executive Director, the Programs Lead is responsible for providing vision and leadership for Women In Bio new National and Chapter level programming, overseeing a portfolio of programs and providing oversight, coaching and professional development to both employees and volunteers. The Programs Lead is an integral part of Wom
