Preferred Qualifications Advanced degree. Five years of successful fundraising experience. Major gift fundraising experience in a medical school or health sciences environment. Grateful patient fundraising experience. Experience in higher education. Proven ability to meet fundraising performance benchmarks. Proven ability and willingness to seek guidance and implement new knowledge obtained through proactive mentorship. Ability to meet and exceed fundraising performance benchmarks and goals. Ability to analyze opportunities, develop and execute a strategy to secure private support. Ability to articulate the needs, interests, and accomplishments of the School of Medicine to a wi
