Position Summary: Position performs a variety of administrative and staff support for assigned member recruitment, engagement, and retention work activities. Under regular supervision, the position assists the membership and member relations teams meeting revenue and retention goals. Position interacts with Association constituents providing exceptional and timely customer support.
