OVERVIEW The Membership Specialist supports the Membership Department in providing a progressively positive member experience from recruitment through retention. Responsible for providing critical customer service and supports the day-to-day membership operations of the Academy. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES Maintain and update membership records in the database including member names, addresses, employers, areas of practice, event registrations, membership join dates, changes in membership status; membership drop dates; membership withdrawals or termination dates, and other pertinent member information. Respond to member and prospective member inquiries via email and phone calls. Efficiently resolve member iss
