Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (BA) from a four-year college or university. Minimum of eight years of progressively responsible fundraising experience at a senior level. Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE) preferred. Ability to motivate volunteers and staff and build a coordinated, multifaceted development program. Exceptional verbal and written communications skills with a proven track record in cultivating and stewarding relationships.
