Overview The Online Communities Manager is responsible for managing ACOG’s online community and driving engagement and value add to members. Responsible for the development and implementation of tactics designed to foster increased member relations, engagement and enhance the overall member experience and satisfaction. Use data and apply best practices to better understand members’ needs, identify trends and gaps, and provide return on investment.
