Blue Sky eLearn is looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Learning Solutions Sales Consultant to join our sales team to help us grow and expand our Learning services to new and existing clients. The Learning Solutions Sales Consultant will serve as an L&D expert identifying client’s needs for strategy and instructional design business opportunities such as instructor-led training, webinars, and synchronous/ asynchronous eLearning, etc. The ideal candidate will have experience selling learning and development solutions to clients and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities by prospecting and building relationships with potential clients.
Conduct needs assessments and propose customized learning solutions that meet the client's specific needs and objectives.
Deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations of our learning and development services and events offerings to decision-makers and key stakeholders.
Be knowledgeable about the various products offered by Blue Sky eLearn, and be the L&D services expert
Collaborate with internal teams, including learning and development specialists, project managers, events teams, and marketing teams, to develop proposals to ensure successful implementation of services.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and opportunities in our CRM system, Salesforce.
Stay up to date on industry trends and competitive offerings and provide feedback to the internal team to help shape our product and service offerings.
Attend industry conferences and events to network, generate leads, and represent the company.
Collaborate with the business development and client success management teams to create proposals, contracts, and addendums.
Ability to partner with our client organizations and at times serve on committees to share your L&D expertise.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, Learning & Development, or related field.
3-5+ years of experience in sales of learning and development services or related services.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex learning and development solutions to clients.
Ability to conduct needs assessments and develop customized learning and development solutions.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams.
Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales tools.
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of instructional design theory, application, and relevant tools (Microsoft Office, Articulate Suite, Well Said, In Design and Adobe Premier Pro).
Familiarity with the instructional design process including specialized skills needed from contractors, project timelines, and instructional design hours calculations.
The ability to discern the types of pricing packages that match the types of learning the client desires to create (i.e.. subscription vs. project-based pricing).
Ability and willingness to travel 5-10% as needed.
