The American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) is looking for its newest Marketing Manager.  Can you help us engage our current members, attract new members, identify potential candidates for the profession, and educate consumers? We’re looking for the right fit to help us meet these goals. Our ideal candidate has experience developing and executing marketing campaigns through all communication channels while collaborating across departments. They will be comfortable with day-to-day marketing activities and long-term strategy, thriving with tight deadlines and changing needs.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• Work with the Executive Director and outside vendors to create and implement a strategic marketing strategy.
• Create and manage a content calendar and schedule deadlines for the website, monthly magazine, and social media.
• Manage and supervise marketing projects from beginning to end using project management software (i.e., Monday.com).
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with external vendors.
• Create and schedule content, including copy for use on social media.
• Promote products, services, and content over social media in a way that is consistent with an organization’s brand and social media strategy.
•  Content updates to our website.
• Manage the advertisement process for both print and digital
• Oversight of the Media Kit process and deliverables

Qualifications:

• Three or more years of experience as. a marketing associate or marketing manager
• Comprehensive knowledge of creating project timelines, setting milestones, and deliverable
• Ability to manage multidisciplinary projects or cross-functional teams.
• General knowledge of project management and best practices.
• Excellent organizational, prioritization, and decision-making skills.
• Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Suite, Google Suite, Web Analytics, Google AdWords, Social Media Ad Management, Hootsuite (Social Media Management), Campaign Monitor/Constant Contact (Email Distribution) and WordPress
• Working Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web publishing.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Experience with an AMS or CMS.
• Experience with SEO/SEM campaigns.
• Solid experience with project management software such as Monday, Trello, Toggle, Basecamp, etc.
• Working knowledge of Adbutler or other Ad automation software platforms
