About the Role AIHA seeks a skilled Manager, Membership Engagement who is excited about improving the experience for our members, helping us grow the membership, and is seeking an opportunity to gain experience within an expanding professional organization If you enjoy seeing the success of membership recruitment and retention marketing efforts, this position is for you! This position is responsible for handling the day-to-day activities of the membership department, including membership marketing, recruitment and retention, and membership campaigns resulting in membership growth. They will regularly interact with members and provide excellent customer service, so members feel supported by AIHA and understand the value of their membership. This position wi
