Membership Marketing and Communications Manager
The Membership Marketing & Communications Manager is responsible for assisting in the coordination of operations of the Association by providing membership and communications support as well as administrative support. This position reports directly to the Executive Vice President. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The duties and responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to, the following: Responsible for ensuring that the Member value of the Association is regularly reviewed and delivered. Create, distribute and analyze member surveys for use in analyzing future program changes; direct member outreach activities such as focus groups to ensure member feedback received is quality enough to use for strategic plan
