Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Field Relations, in the Member and Field Relations Department, the Coordinator, Committee and Volunteer Support provides administrative support to the Member and Field Relations team in areas of national committee and volunteer support. The Coordinator plays a key customer service role with AFA Board members, Field leaders and AFA members. This position is responsible for the logistics of key volunteer leadership meetings. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: National Board & Committee Support (approximately 30% of effort) Coordinates all aspects of 4-8 Board Meetings per year to include communications, event logistics, preparing read ahead materials, and travel reimbursements.
