We are seeking an Accounting Manager to manage the day-to-day accounting operations of a $6 million budget with functional responsibility for general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and to direct the activities of the accounting staff. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Accounting Manager is an independent self-starter who leads financial and administrative processes, guidelines, standard operating procedures, and relevant regulations. Assists in driving change, enhancing operating efficiencies, and implementing new systems and internal controls and explores how the finance function can support program operations. Approximately two days per week will be spent in the office, as this position will have a hybrid work environment.
