The Director, Diverse Organization of Firms (DOF) and Chapter Relations will be an integral member of the NABA, Inc., team working in partnership with the SVP of Stakeholder Experience and Engagement to ensure NABA, Inc. achieves its ambitious chapter and volunteer leader goals. Specifically, they will oversee operational responsibility for DOF’s onboarding and full One NABA integration including but not limited to programs, expansion, and execution of the mission. S/he will also be responsible for operations of chapter relations including governance, meetings, policies and procedures, and membership growth for DOF.
