Deputy Executive Director
Manage office staff of 10+ employees and perform all day-to-day operations of company to ensure all employees are productive and meeting deadlines per company standards. Enforce procedures and maintain reports. Monitor workflow tasks for each department to best utilize employee time and maximize efficiency, productivity, and customer service. Set goals and productivity for each department. Monthly Board Meetings-report office matters directly to the Board. Maintain Monthly Magazine- Manage magazine content, send monthly reminder emails to current advertisers and grant final approval. Interview new employees, assist with employment paperwork and work with Temporary Agencies. Report office progress/updates to Executive D
